"Boston’s hardship exception, which allows the club to carry a 16th man, won’t extend into the playoffs. As such, Gibson won’t be postseason-eligible unless the C’s cut another player, which seems unlikely."

So, he's replacing Xavier Silas in the injury exception, and we can't keep him into the playoffs unless we cut someone else in addition to Silas.

I think we could part way with a couple of the end of bench guys and it would not matter much in our longterm outlook, say Nader or the like.

He made 12 threes in a game in China. Looks like he can shoot.

Should have signed Xavier Rathan-Mayes, instead. Sigh. I'd also mention GP II, but he signed a 2-way deal with the Lakers and I don't know if it has expired yet or if we still could have gotten him, at least theoretically, in spite of said contract, but yeah. Ugh.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

He went so far as to play professionally in Iran.  Can't knock him for lack of effort, I guess.

I guess taking a charge from Lebron will be nothing compared to playing in Iran.

Absolutely, TP.  By 'play' I meant 'fight for his life'
