I'm filling in for Redz tonight as he attends his first night of grad school (go, Redz!), so forgive me if this poll doesn't have the same spark as normal.  I shall do my best.

Nice effort by the Celts tonight.  The final margin was 15, but it wasn't that close; the margin after three was 23, and if the Celts played with the same intensity in the fourth, it would have been more than that.  It was nice to get such a huge win over a team that some misguided souls (that means you, Hollinger) were labeling the fourth best team in the NBA.

The Celts really spread it around tonight.  Rondo filled up the stat sheet, Perk and KG had double-doubles, Ray led the team in scoring, and Powe came up big off the bench.

My votes:  Rondo 2, Ray 1, Perk 1, KG 1, Powe 1

If you need an explanation on the poll, make up your own rules and enjoy.

Ah drats, I can't add up to six so my votes went like this:
2 for KG
1 for Perk, Ray and Rondo

I would have given Rondo the additional vote.

3 - Garnett
2 - Perk
1 - Rondo

We dominated the game handily in most areas from the last few minutes of the second quarter onward. Our big men really set the tone defensively with their rebounding, running the floor, and overall interior defense. The outlet passing was great as well.

Portland is primarily a jump shooting team and we really made that evident by denying them easy looks for most of the game. Hopefully when TA returns the bench will get back into a rhythm.
