WOW, and I thought things were slow here at my work. You've got WAY to much time on your hands.

I predict the Big Al trade wins in a landslide!!!

(Anyone who votes for trading Ray Allen is cursed to get a big ugly boil)
(wow, that was a bit uncalled for wouldn't you say)

To suggest trading one of the big three is one thing, but to suggest trading Scal, that crosses the line!

Has anyone ever analyzed the correlation between the increase in internet blogs and message boards over the past few years and compared it to the time frame of the economic crisis?  I think the results would prove that sites like this one, and more specifically posts like this one, are to blame for the current state of the economy.  The brain power and productivity wasted on this poll is staggering and it is something that will never be recovered, ever.  Ever.

I was conflicted when voting because I did not know what selection criteria to use. I mean, do I go with trades that are totally unrealistic and uncreative, but literally the best trade for the Celtics due to their one-sided nature, or do I vote for the more creative and not so one-sided trade even though technically it may not be as good for the Celtics as other trade ideas?  I ended up voting for those I felt were more creative and had some semblance of fairness or rational theory behind them (e.g. the other team wanting to dump salary). I know the *possibility* of any of these trades ever happening is poor at best, but I wanted there to be at least some rationality behind the trade proposals.
“Being a Celtic is, every decision you make is about the team. Every cut you make is about the team. Every pass you make is about the team. You take yourself out of it. It’s not for everyone. If you don’t want to win, don’t want to play team basketball, and it’s more about you then you’re probably not a Celtic." Doc 2010

The only restriction was you had to trade one of the big three and only one and make the team better. It was just for fun and there really where no other restrictions

Just so that everyone understands, I didn't make all these up. These were the ones posted in the "The over-reaction thread: Trade a starter and make this team better contest!" by our little community.

After reading a couple of the responses, I just thought needed clearing up.

Not sure if I agree with the one currently winning. I had that 6th or 7th.

Well the poll is open for a couple of days. I'll bump it from time to time and the winner will be announced Friday. So current results may not be the final ones.

Bring Camby back to Boston, I like that. ;D

I am not afraid to trade Ray, but I will not trade Paul. Does this make any sense?  ???
