He moves like he should be better. Such a shame...

I think that Tacko has passed him.

maybe in the sense Tacko will likely still be with the team on a 2-way deal and Poirier is likely to be packaged with a pick this offseason to get him off the roster

I think Tacko has passed him basketball-wise. It does not appear that Poirier can play at this level while the jury is still out on Tacko.  Tacko has improved - a lot I think - since last summer. Not to say he'll ever be a good NBA player but I also wouldn't rule it out based on Year 1.

Dunno why the Rockets are playing their starters against our bench players?  ??? ??? ???
True, but why did Brad play only the bench tonight?  The rotation players should be fine-tuning for the real thing on Friday.  They don’t need rest at this point.  This game seems pointless.

I've really come to hate Houston's style of basketball.  I know they play that way as their likeliest road to success but it's crappy basketball

You would think a fallaway 3 with Time Lord in his face would be a shot you wouldn't mind seeing Harden take - swished 3.

By the end of our bench, sure. We'll see when they have to face an actual team like the Lakers or Clippers.

I guess I more mean Harden specifically. Unstoppable offensive force
