Chris Lofton is a beast. If he doesn't make it here he'll make it with someone. He's definitely better than Hudson currently. Some in part that he's actually played in a professional league.

SG: Dwyane Wade / Gerald Henderson / Christian Eyenga
SF:  Grant Hill / Paul George / Earl Clark

Lot of Chris Lofton kool-aid going around here.  Eddie House is much more athletic and quicker then Lofton ever was.  Also, I think House is a better passer.  Lofton is a guy who never averaged more then 2 assists a game in college.  This guy just does not play at the NBA speed.  There have been plenty of great shooters who have come into this league and are not able to crack it because they don't play at the NBA pace.  Chris Lofton will be one of them.

oh really ??

living down here in Rocky Top as i do .......... i watched Lofton's career. my first thought when the Celts offered him a spot in the summer league was similar in that i said - he's a slower version of Eddie House.  however, i would say Lofton could contribute more to winning games for the Celts than Pruitt or T. Allen. Lofton is a very smart player, his quickness is not great, but is deceptive, he developed an ability to penetrate and score while at Tenn, plus he plays very good team defense and made a lot of steals - he is an A++++++ character guy and a GREAT shooter. he is worth a very long look.
