Great defense by Nene on Durant there.  A big that can switch is pure gold in the 4th quarter.

Paulllllll freakin Pierceeee.

Isn't it a bittersweet feeling seeing a classic Paul Pierce dagger?

But I love how much game he still has. He can still amaze me.

Golden State is just clobbering Houston right now.  Absolutely running circles around them.  They really might be a legit contender this year.  And Daryl Morey looks less smart every day.

Seriously, why is he considered a genius?

They can't do anything. Right now, they're at a point where they resulted into trying to eject Steph Curry coz they couldn't do squat to stop the entire team.

Trevor Ariza, what a punk move.

He systematically disassembled the roster that fell apart when Yao did, and put together a team that looked really good on paper without ever really becoming a bad team in the transition.  It's not a bad job, but the Harden-Howard combo isn't as effective as people expected and the clock's ticking.  Plus he made quite a few stupid gambles this offseason.

Warriors up THIRTY now.  Strictly in terms of what they've done on the court, they and Atlanta are head and shoulders above the rest of the league.

I don't believe that Harden's the problem, lol. ;D  I think many people expected Dwight Howard to keep improving on offense, especially after working with Hakeem, but nothing ever materialized.  In fact, he may actually be starting to get worse, lol, because he's still so mechanical. ;D  I mean, who in their right mind would ever turn down the opportunity to learn post play from Kareem?  What a moron.

I agree that Howard is a moron but he did the right thing by working with Hakeem instead of Kareem.  Howard has a much better chance of using some of Hakeem's moves.  The skyhook would be useless to a guy with Howard's lack of touch and mechanical movements.

Brandon Jennings had 21 assists last night! First player in the NBA to have a 20+point/20+assist night since Nash did it back in '09 with the Suns.

And only the 4th player to do it since 2000. The other two? Ramon Sessions and Jalen Rose. Basketball is weird.
