I am super excited about year two of Jaylen Brown and all the talented rookies we have coming in this summer? The Celtics have  added rotation players through the draft and will be better than last year. If The Celtics sign Hayward, which I think is a forgone conclusion, it'll be a perfect fit. This team is really exciting right now and the 1st summer league game is tomorrow. I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve.

Taj Gibson to Twolves for 2/28.

Our big man options are really drying up. It's going to be interesting to see what Danny does at the 4 spot.

Man, I like what Minny is doing so far. Might need another shooter, but their offseason is shaping up nicely.

Two of Tom T's favorite exBulls... That is a pretty good looking roster but the west is still stacked. The Twolves should make the playoffs but who falls out in the west. Utah without Hayward would be my guess...

Honestly, at this point Utah might be fighting tooth and nail just to make the playoffs even with Hayward. Here's how I have them ranked:

Tier 1: GS

Tier 2: SA, Houston, OKC

Tier 3: Utah, Portland (w/ Nurkic), Denver (w/ Millsap), Minny, LAC, Memphis, NO, Dallas

Tier 4: LAL, Sacramento, Phoenix

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Minny, Denver, and Portland all take big jumps again this year with their roster additions from the deadline, draft, or free agency. I think Utah has first round fodder written all over it with no real chance of significantly improving.
I think Pelicans will still struggle. Which is why Danny is hanging onto the picks. We will be most likely players in Pelicans rebuild.

The CAVS signed Jose Calderon, trying to corner the market on 36 year old guards....

Really curious to see what the contract is.

Are Toronto in the luxury tax now?

I'm seeing 3/100.

Yep, just saw.

If he gets 3/100, then Isaiah is getting more, whether people agree or not.

Maybe with a 4th year too.

Read Cs working on a sign and trade for Amir. ??

They tried, but it appears they could not come to an agreement.  Don't know if that was due to Amir/Philly negotiations or Philly/Boston (Amir-Philly would have needed to sign a 3-year deal instead of a 1-year deal, hence why it could have been either negotiation.)

Isaiah cannot get more over 3 years.  Lowry has been in the league long enough to beeligible for the 10+ max.  IT will be at the 7-9 max next summer.

Who were The Raptors bidding against with this contract? I didn't hear that anyone else was interested. That's why so many teams aren't ever going to play for a championship. That's an over pay for a 31 year old guard that relies on speed coming off an injury...

It seems crazy that Lowry has been in the league for 10 years, but he was pretty much overlooked and a role player for the first half of his career, iirc.
