Here's the Toronto Raptors roster. Aside from the classic slash line per 100 possessions, I'll also add adjusted plus-minus data (note: the NPI RAPM used for some players are a bit deflated due to lack of PI data).

Starting lineup:
PG: Kyle Lowry (2016-2017): 30.4 points, 9.4 assists, 6.5 rebounds, 2 steals on 46.4/41.2/81.9 shooting. 2.37 ORAPM and 2.26 DRAPM, 6th overall in 2017 NPI RAPM with playoff data.

SG: Vince Carter (2000-2001): 36.7 points, 5.2 assists, 7.4 rebounds, 2 steals, 1.5 blocks on 46/40.8/76.5 shooting. 2.8 ORAPM and 0.5 DRAPM, 17th overall in 2001 NPI RAPM.

SF: Khris Middleton (2019-2020): 32 points, 6.2 assists, 9.4 rebounds, 1.4 steals on 49.9/41.8/90.8 shooting. 1.37 ORAPM and 1.49 DRAPM, 19th overall in 2020 NPI RAPM.

PF: Kevin Garnett (2003-2004): 33.3 points, 6.8 assists, 19 rebounds, 2 steals, 3 blocks on 49.9/25.6/79.1 shooting. 5.5 ORAPM and 4.51 DRAPM, the highest overall Engelmann PI RAPM score on record from 2002-2015.

C: David Robinson (1999-2000): 29.5 points, 2.9 assists, 15.9 rebounds, 2 steals, 3.8 blocks on 51.2/0/72.6 shooting. 1.96 ORAPM and 4.53 DRAPM, 4th overall in 2000 PI RAPM.

Second unit:
PG: Kemba Walker (2019-2020): 32.2 points, 7.5 assists, 6.2 rebounds, 1.4 steals on 42.1/37.7/86.7 shooting. 2.68 ORAPM and -1.73 DRAPM (likely due to Smart), 114th overall in 2020 NPI RAPM (worth noting that his ORAPM was 8th best that year).

SG: Donovan Mitchell (2019-2020): 34.3 points, 5.9 assists, 6.2 rebounds, 1.5 steals on 45.3/36.4/85.9 shooting. 1 ORAPM and -1.59 DRAPM (massive signal that he's an on ball hub slanted towards floor raising, he was ranked 35th last season), 357th overall in 2020 NPI RAPM.

SF: Luol Deng (2010-2011): 23.7 points, 3.8 assists, 7.9 rebounds, 1,3 steals on 46/34.5/75.3 shooting. 0.21 ORAPM and 3.64 DRAPM, 16th overall in 2011 PI RAPM.

PF: Antawn Jamison (2005-2006): 26.6 points, 2.5 assists, 12.1 rebounds, 1.4 steals on 44.2/39.4/73.1 shooting. 3.76 ORAPM and -1.37 DRAPM (those Washington teams were absolute sieves), 37th overall in 2006 PI RAPM.

C: Vlade Divac (1999-2000): 20.5 points, 5 assists, 13.4 rebounds, 2.1 steals, 2.1 blocks on 50.3/26.9/69.1 shooting. 1.54 ORAPM and 4.31 DRAPM (!), 9th overall in 2000 PI RAPM.

Third stringers:
G: Patrick Beverley (2016-2017): 14.9 points, 6.6 assists, 9.2 rebounds, 2.3 steals on 42/38.2/76.8 shooting. 1.92 ORAPM and 0.82 DRAPM, 21st overall in 2017 NPI RAPM with playoff data.

G: Malcolm Brogdon (2018-2019): 25.4 points, 5.2 assists, 7.3 rebounds, 1.2 steals on 50.5/42.6/92.8 shooting. 1.64 ORAPM and 0.98 DRAPM, 33rd overall in 2019 NPI RAPM.

F: Danilo Gallinari (2018-2019): 30.9 points, 4.1 assists, 9.6 rebounds, 1.1 steals on 46.3/43.3/90.4 shooting. 2.64 ORAPM and -0.81 DRAPM, 67th overall in 2019 NPI RAPM.

C: Shawn Bradley (2002-2003): 16.3 points, 1.6 assists, 14.3 rebounds, 1.9 steals, 5.1 blocks on 53.6/0/80.6 shooting. -2.37 ORAPM and 4.85 DRAPM, 34th in 2003 PI RAPM.

Thoughts?

If anyone is wondering, just because you submitted your roster, that does not mean you can't make trades then submit an update to your roster.

I'm a sucker for "championship experience" and you got one of the better rosters for that.  I count 5 guys with a total of 16 rings (Kawhi x2, Klay x3, Bowen x3, Allen x1, Horry x7).  4 of the 5 have multiple rings, which based on my quick browsing might be most multi-ring players in the league.  Even though we're only picking specific seasons, based on their overall careers, I know those guys can all play championship basketball.

I like the way all these guys fit, except for Westbrook, I can easily imagine all your guys playing well with other stars or in reduced roles.  But I can see Westbrook being a microwave off the bench (especially in a lineup with any of Bowen, Korver, Allen, Horry, Mutombo, Robinson) where you just let him go nuts with the bench unit.

Other teams that stood out with the championship experience factor were Denver (6 guys with 13 rings), Lakers (6 guys with 15 rings thanks to Jordan/Kobe), Philly (8 guys with 12 rings), Boston (5 guys with 7 rings),  and Indiana (5 guys with 10 rings).

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Luka runs the point. Him and Westbrook never coexist in the same lineup. They both need the ball in their hands in order to maximize their effectiveness. Westbrook is the go-to guy for the second unit.

I did the best I could to build my second unit around him.

Westbrook - Korver - Bowen - Horry - KAT

Three catch and shoot specialists in Korver, Bowen and Horry + the best stretch 5 in today's game

It would be pretty much the perfect situation for Westbrook in order for him to thrive as a slasher.

So far, from looking at the rosters without looking at the specific years and reading how GMs envision their teams, I have to say, I think the Eastern Conference is much stronger and harder to figure out who are the best teams as compared to the West.

I have 3 teams competing for the 2 Western Conference playoff spots and I think the top 2 teams are decided in my mind, but that 3rd team was close.

But in the East, I think there are 5 teams competing for those 2 playoff spots, and honestly, there isn't a lot of separation between 1 and 5. I do believe I have decided who the 5th team is, though want to read more from that team. But man, those top 4 teams, I just do not have a clue right now who places where. It's that close and the teams are that good.

I know this post is not draft-related per se but I do believe it offers a bit more insight into the kind of young man my starting Center Joel Embiid is.

https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/28990034/joel-embiid-working-76ers-ownership-get-antibody-tests-health-care-workers

Quote
Sixers Center Joel Embiid is establishing a funding campaign for COVID-19 antibody testing for front-line health care workers through Penn Medicine, he told ESPN on Friday.

A week after publicly pressuring Sixers ownership to reverse course on a plan to cut organizational salaries by 20%, Embiid is joining with team managing partner Josh Harris and co-managing partner David Blitzer on a $1.3 million contribution to fund testing for 1,000 health care workers in the region
.

I "know" there have been questions about his approach to the game and such is fair, I admit.

But this article proves to ME at least that he has a willing heart to help...and I seriously believe such works would (and DO) translate WELL onto the basketball court.

Greatness "IS" in him, and with the right pieces around him (like he has in this draft) he will take a more serious approach to the game.

Joel has a fine KG-like mentor in Tyson Chandler, proven winners in Dirk, Iguodala and Parker AND energetic, talented Bigs in Bam and Montrezl to keep him motivated at all times.
