I can see why Rondo chest bumped the ref. This is bullcrap. We're getting hacked all over.

Agree, but still it was a stupid mistake. With the Captain playing this well and with Rondo playing at his usual level this game shouldn't be close even with all the officiating bs.

we were up by 5 and they hit a 9-0 run while we were walking down the floor watching the game. This is why this game is still close. Blame on us.
The Celtic in me.

Defense is horrendous, especially getting back on D. Teague absolutely destroying us. TEAGUE!

Some trouble in transition, but aside from a few lapses, I thought C's have dug in pretty well defensively.

Someone should have given up a foul.  We are just giving extra confidence to Teague by making it easy for him.  AB needs to stick to him like glue.  We are making it easy for all of Atlanta's scorers right now by our sloppy switches.

Sort of wish Pierce had given a foul on that Teague dunk

Bradley must have read all the gloom and doom on this site regarding his play in his first ever playoof game and decided he was going ti make a bunch of CBers eat crow.

nobody wants bradley to do bad, its just a fair criticism on his game.

Too bad his defense has sucked. Teague going to town on him

Yes!  One of the 1st things they teach you in basketball is that you start out taking short shots and that enables you to get a rhythm.  We need to attack first, get some easier shots down to get a bit of confidence going, then the 3's will start falling.

If threes arent falling, upfake then take it to the cup....jason collins isnt going to provide resistance.

Of course the blame is not on the refs, but they're terrible and (one out of a bunch) Pietrus 3rd foul was a joke. But my point is if Rondo doesn't take himself from this game, we'd be dominating the Hawks. Give them credit for fighting and playing tough, but our offense isn't the same without Rondo.

Things are ugly, but Pietrus and Avery will be huge for us in the 2nd half. Go Celtics!
