Given our season schedule to date I'm not going to have much sympathy for the Cavs on a back to back.  Not that I'd ever GTSs.

I was really impressed with Kyrie and the team.   The Cavs just threw everything at Kyrie and he smartly made the right passes all night, allowing other guys to attack off double and even triple teams.  Just smart basketball.  The first couple games of the season, losses in Cleveland and vs the Bucks, the defenses were doing that and there was no counter.

my but Crowder is so regular

Honestly, there were people in this forum last year that thought he was a top five small forward, I hope the absurdity of this has sunk in, now.

How about that leadership from LeBron last night not even playing in the fourth and sitting and willing his team to victory?   Let the excuses begin..

I am so glad we had an easy win against the Cavs.  After the ECF last year I am sure the Cavs are very confident that they can beat us in the playoffs.  The C's winning like they did puts them on notice a bit.   I don't think the gap between the Cavs and the C's in the playoffs is going to be as big as all the pundits believe.

If the C's get the number 1 seed in the east, I think a Celtics / Cavs final will be really interesting.
C's just gotta stay healthy.  We need all our top 9 guys in the playoffs, hopefully that is how it turns out.

Ive seen a lot of people suggest he was top 10 and if you fudged a bunch of guys positions you could make an argument that at his best he was close.

Dont think I saw a single person say top 5.

Great win by the Celtics, even though the Cavs played their second game in two days and were without IT. However, lost in the shuffle, is that the Celtics have played virtually the entire season without arguably their first or second best player in Hayward. I'm not sure if we'll see Hayward play at all this season, but I would rather have him than Isaiah for a playoff push.

I watched the game again, and it seems to me, Brad has figured out how to beat the Cavs. Other than Lebron, they are very poor one on one defenders, so we were just taking guys one on one and driving past them. Not nearly as much ball movement as we usually have.
It worked.

Top 5 seems insanely high. I don't think anybody had him above Hayward or George, let alone the other few small forwards just below him.

I never saw anyone say anything close to top 5 either (and if one person did they were probably not serious). I don't think we gain anything with exaggeration. To that point there was legit debate about whether he was a top 15 at times. He also used to be a better player. His injuries have made him a worse defender. Now he cant shoot either.

I think the Cavs are going to have some games in the playoffs where Wade, Smith and Korver really look their age. Perhaps even a game where Lebron does. Lue is riding the old players way to hard and there is definitely a chance it comes back to bite them.
