Serious question.

Would adding Jimmy Butler or DeMarcus Cousins help this team right now in this game?

It would help BUT this team CLEARLY has more issues than one...

That's why staying patient, bringing in Zizic, drafting Nets Picks and developing Smart/Brown/etc. is the "smart" move going forward.

Yeah, I'm questioning whether this team is really worth trying to upgrade, too.

I'm not sure that we're closer enough to justify spending future assets to improve ourselves. If we can't figure out how to defend more effectively, then we're nothing more than a good regular season team and first round fodder.

I still want Noel, though, who I think can be an effective long-term option for us both during this stretch of C's basketball and the next era with Smart, Brown, and the Brooklyn picks as our core.

This just seems like a game Washington will continue holding on to the lead until the end of the 4th.

C's can't get any momentum and WAS answering back everything..

If the Wiz get hot, they could score 100 in three quarters.

Just tuned in.  Horford has 1 rebound in 26 minutes and the Wizards are shooting 63%. I'm almost glad I wasn't able to watch the first half.

  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
What the bloody hell is going on.

How are we losing this bad? Figuratively, speaking.

The Wizards are getting every foul call their way, and the Celtics are just playing terrible as a team tonight. Thomas with the double double.

James Young?

Who? :o

I thought he was sizing up Wall for a block attempt.

Guess not.

Just watching the show.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Rockets score 130+ tomorrow.

This defense is playing horribly..

This team has some serious issues. I know Bradley is important, but it shouldn't look like this when he goes out.

Yeah, we're not playing like this because Bradley is out. He'd certainly help, but I think our issues are much deeper than that. And even if it was largely due to him being gone, there's a problem that we're playing so much worse by just missing a role player.

I'm not sure what's worse, the officiating or the lame complaining of Celtics' fans...Actually, I'm sure, Celtics fans are worse than the most crooked official.  The worst part of being a Celtics' fan is other Celtics fans.

This small ball is ridiculous.

Quit this system, get some real BIGS who can rebound and play interior defense please...

This is not how you will beat playoff teams going forward.
