Wow, what a 100% class act!  His respect for the city of Charlotte and the organization speaks volumes.  He's going to be fantastic for the Cs.

ok that was pretty great.  nothing in that seems forced or overly PR'd.

I liked the part about "I’m never going to shout anyone off the court, or get overly negative"
man that is what we absolutely need right now.

I already liked Kemba before he signed, but I may love him now.

Did he just took a shot at Kyrie? If so, wow lol!

He said all the right things, as you would expect from a player leaving his old team and joining a new one. Actions speak louder than words. That said, I'm very excited about Kemba and I think Brad will be able to unlock his full potential.

I'm still impressed we managed to maneuver around and sign him quickly in FA, and he agreed to it too.

Like, even when Stein and Woj were saying we were "stealth suitors" and "frontrunners" for Kemba, I thought it'd be a situation where he met with a few teams (including us), then made an official decision like 2-3 days later.

But wow, he simply chose Boston early on it seems, once it was clear CHA wasn't giving him the supermax.

Before I went to bed last night I was elated about the prospects for the upcoming season.  At that time it looked like we may resign Horford or at least S&T him and have the full MLE.   Disappointment followed and now the C's sit without an adequate replacement for Horford.  I like Kanter but a serious downgrade.

But... Kemba is NO DOWNGRADE.  I expect him to be great in Boston.  And I definitely think the team will be fun again.  Unfortunately, 6 months ago I thought we'd be looking at a perennial contender.  Now... who knows?  But fun we should be.

I'm on my phone so can't post pics now.

But Kemba took the time to sign autographs and interact with fans today. I'd recommend checking them out, they look awesome!

Probably lol.

Also, Kanter (who signed today) posted a photoshopped pic with him wearing #11  :P
