After 2 1/2 games, this is my scouting report.

Best healthy pg-Pressey

Best sg- AB

Best player on the court for the Celtics-Sully

Most overrated- Jeff Green

As for KO- He has lost the confidence in his shot. It will come back and then he will be Dirk like.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Seems like all Green can do is clear-outs.

Dave Cowens is completely wrong.  I want AB to be 100% aggressive at all times on defense.  Make the refs adjust to the way he plays, not the other way around.  Create his own brand of defense.
I was thinking the same thing, and just when he said it he was involved in a turnover and fast break.  Overal I am not impressed with Cowens so far.

  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
I understand it is the pre-season... But Green is playing far too passive for me... I just hope he really picks it up in the regular season. Crawford is good, but Pressey is the clear cut best PG.

It's based on your perspective, quite simply
We're the same and we're not; know what I'm saying? Listen
Son, I ain't better than you, I just think different

Sullinger is by far our best player. Green looks comatose.

This team is going to be butt ugly until Rondo comes back.

Yup. In spite of that, I expect an opening day starting lineup as:
Bradley
Lee
Green
Bass
Humphries

I wish Brad Stevens would play Hump + Sully together. Needlessly small at times.

Boston is going to be soooo bad this year.

This team needs a pg and someone who can create in the paint. Rondo will take care of point guard duties when healthy. Until then, I would go with Pressey.

As for the low post game, Sully and KO are the tweo best.
