I just added EJ Onu a 21 year old Center from NAIA Shawnee St who could be a really interesting prospect.

He is reported to be 6'11 240lbs with a massive 7'6ws. This past season he 40% from 3 on 4 attempts and shot 75% from FT. His over all stats where 16.9pts 8rb and 4.55blks in 29.6mpg.

He clearly looks the part of the prototypical NBA big with his length and vertical pop. He would be an interesting gamble in the 2nd round if he is open to accepting a 2-way deal.

Looks like a fantastic prospect. Is there anything keeping him from being selected in the first round and getting a guaranteed contract besides his age?
I'd imagine its age and a lack of competition. I'm no expert on that level, but from the video, nobody can even get near him in the air. He looks enormous compared to everyone.
To be fair he's pinning everything at the top of the box in those videos - this should translate to the NBA

He looks to have great timing on D and plays inside and out. Love to take a chance on him. Love Williams, but dude can't stay healthy enough to be the starter on the team.

Colin Castleton. I thought he was a character on Game of Thrones.

Another thing to note with these early workouts — many of these guys will withdraw from the draft and return to school.   Castleton is an example of such a player.

CFAN38 - TP for hard work.

To all contributing thank you! You never know when research might pay off and a guy makes a jump.

The scouts have thick books on all of these guys back to grade school for some of them, but there are always a couple who might slip through.

Pg out of Creighton who is also 1/2 brother of Micheal Carter-Williams. He reminds me a lot of Payton Pritchard.

Jordan Hall

He is one of the more unique players that the Cs have worked out. As a 6'8  freshman playing for 5-15 St Joseph he averaged nearly 11pts 6rb and 6 ast per game. He also shot 35% from 3 on almost 5 attempts and 76% from FT line. The poor play of his team is discouraging but watching Hall play its clear that he has elite court vision for a player his size and is very comfortable handling the ball. He has transferred to Texas A&M but I would not be shocked to see an NBA team make him an early 2nd round promise. With the value of size and creation in the league I see a lot of value in gambling on a project like Hall.

Another product of Hamilton-Wenham, MA. Didn’t know he was a half brother of MCW. Interesting...

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

added Derrick Alston Jr and Julian Champagnie

Alston, is a 23 year old 6'9 wing with a 7'ws who shot 38% on 3 attempts from 3 and 85% on 4 FTA. He started off college as a super under weight walk on and developed into a legit NBA prospect. With his combination of ideal positional size and shot I can see him going in the 2nd round or being a priority UDFA for a team.

Julian Champagnie, a very young soph who played with his twin brother at St Johns. His size (6'8 220 7'ws), age (19) and stat line (20pts, 7.4rb, 1.4stl, 37% from 3 on 6.4 attemps and 89% FT on 4.6 attempts) all indicate 1st round pick.

Not at computer today but this is an exciting workout group.

Cooper, if he was a little bigger and had shot better this past season he would be a top 8 pick. Elite facilitator

Hall, I mentioned before great combination of passing and size

McBride, physical defensive PG. He will carve out a rotational role in the NBA. His archetype is usually finds a spot in the NBA

Cockburn, huge physical 5. Old school big who would have been lottery pick in 1980-2000

Hyland, has the potential to be a spark plug scoring combo off the bench. One of the best shooters in the draft. Undersized for a SG but if rumors of 6’8ws are true is is similare size as Avery Bradely
