All Time Celtics Defensive Team

Bird was never known as a great one-on-one defender, but he was such a great team defender it earned him 3 all defense 3 times (including on a championship team).  Not sure exactly where to place KC as he pre-dated all defense teams and may have cheated playing Satch at the 3 - he was well before my time.  Let me know who I missed and who you'd take off.
