You know, I really hate Twitter. I hate the thought that every knucklehead who calls himself an "sports expert" can tweet any nonsense he wants and call it a rumor. The fact that I have to use words like "tweet". I hate the hype. The world is full of celebrities who don`t have anything important to say, and it seems as if they`re all on Twitter.

But here is what makes me feel really uncomfortable whenever I hear the word "Twitter":

It sounds a lot like "Zwitter", which in my mothertongue is a common term for a Trans-Sexual.
Additionally, my first encounter with Twitter was a thread title called "Shaq on Twitter".

So, whenever I hear "Twitter", I have this shabby picture of Shaq and a Trans-Sexual in my mind.

Here's a fun hypothetical.

Congratulations, you are now rich. I mean like Ted Turner, Mark Cuban, Buffett, Gates rich. And you are clearly a Celtics fan, because you are on this site. Say your favorite player becomes a free agent, and through some hypothetical act of God, is preparing to sign with the Lakers. Do you offer him max contract money to not play with the Lakers? Do you, with every dollar the Lakers raise, try to outbid him like a USC booster?

Also, if your reality issue with this stems from the luxury tax and salary cap issues in the NBA, and not with you being Bill Gates rich, you probably need to take a few days off.
