Cleveland is still discussing possible trades including the fifth overall pick --- and separate deals to unload JR Smith's partially guaranteed expiring contract that would absorb a bad contract into the Cavs space attached to another first-round pick, league sources tell ESPN.

If you could get 5 and JR for 14, 20, 22 do it. You probably can’t, and Jaylen or the Memphis pick are not worth trading in this draft.

I've been pretty touched by the interviews with all 3 of the 1st 3 picks.  The moment just now with RJ and his dad got me a little teary.

I don't really have an opinion, as I don't watch much college basketball, but if Danny likes someone at 5 that could fit a need for us (like a Garland), it may be worth it. We saw with the Kings pick just how much variability these kinds of picks have, and now with the flatter odds on the lottery, it could be end up being not a very good pick.

Again, don't really have an opinion due to not really knowing these prospects at all, but I think the Memphis pick may be overvalued a bit given its variability.
