Jordan, the flex celebration doesn't work as well if you have no biceps.

Walsh looks pretty good to me, granted I haven't really seen much of him until tonight. He looks to me like he's got the potential to be more an a 3 and D guy. He's pretty good in general with the ball in his hands and he looks like he's got a great feel for the game.

Banton looked fine to me, certainly capable of being the #4 point guard which we have signed him to be.  He uses his size well to create a positional advantage.  Nothing special, but a viable end of the roster player

Went to the game with my son. Really fun, relaxed atmosphere. And I bet the over. Won by 1/2 point. 😀

Walsh looks legit.

I liked the Walsh pick mostly because of the length/athleticism and defense, but he's not as hopeless on offense as I thought he'd be. Seems to have a good feel for where to be, how to move to open spaces, ect. A kind of connective player on offense. Its going to be interesting to see if he can get some rotation minutes this year.

I am buying up all the space on Walsh Island I can get. It's nice to have a young guy with a little upside to root for.

Hopefully he has a REALLY good game or two this year and we can bring back the "he's only 19!" thing (he has the same birthday, March 3rd, as Tatum).

If Jordan Walsh can be an immediate impact to our team, that would be tremendous.

Yeah, Banton is just that. Uses his length to good effect defensively, keeps the ball moving. Fine 4th stringer.

Walsh has really impressed. Intriguing potential

I think Walsh eventually is a more athletic version of grant. Gotta get his 3 point shooting percentage up but he can defend and works hard.

At the bare minimum it looks like Walsh is a NBA player. That alone is a good sign for the 38th pick. I feel like I think he is older than he actually is. His defense is awesome for his age.

It would be, but my guess is that he will need a season to make an impact, and would probably be better served getting 30 minutes a night in Maine rather than sporadic play in Boston.  But I think he’ll make an impact in Year 2, and injuries do happen too — he’ll have a couple weeks sometime in the season to show he’s ready early.

I don’t really see the Grant comparisons other than if you think he’d be another 3 and D type.  Even still, the “D” part of it would be completely different.  He wouldn’t be able to defend in the post like Grant did, but he seems to have the quickness and length to play great perimeter D, something Grant wasn’t great at.

Both guys need work on their handle, but if Walsh can develop into the 3-pt shooter that Grant has, we’ve got a steal

Am I reading that right?  3-for-19 from Banton?   This is Brad's latest dumpster dive that he inexplicably gave two years of guaranteed money to?

I didn't watch the game.  Fair to say that once again, Walsh and to a lesser extent Scrubb looked good, Davison was up and down, and everybody else was roster filler?

I believe I saw Banton has a team option year two.
