Here' my take on what we will probably see opening day in green:

Rondo/Nate (1)/ A. Bradley (2)
Ray/TA (1)/ (5)
Pierce/Finley (3)/Harangody (2)
KG/BBD/Scal (3)
Perk/B. Miller (4) / Battie (3)

Notes:
(1) 2 years, $4.5M
(2) D-League
(3) vet min
(4) 2 years, MLE
(5) Yes, I know Cs can sign another player, but my guess is they don't completely fill out the roster.

This is what I'm expecting/hoping for also.  I really liked Finley during the regular season, but later seeing his propensity to get burned on defense worries me about that signing.  Sasha Pavlovic anyone?  If we don't get Miller, I'll settle for Haywood or Darko also.  I'll be happy going into next season with a team similar to this.

I'm fine going with another 3 year contracts with Pierce and Allen.   In fact, I might overpay for a Tony Allen and Brad Miller with a lower amount of years.

IMO, there will come a point in time when we have to move on ... but it should be a calculated moment.   Three year contracts allow for a two year run and the trading cap friendly final year contracts for something else.

Finley will retire; we can get better players than him for the vet. minimum to back up Paul.

From what I've gleaned it seems as if Tony Battie is basically done.  He hardly even played for the atrocious Nets.
