Gerald Green is returning to Russia next season to play for BC Krasnye Krylia.

He attempted an NBA comeback while playing for the Lakers at the Las Vegas Summer League.

Green last played in the NBA during the 2008-09 as a member of the Rockets.

Add the Lakers to the list of teams that brought this guy in and failed to see his obvious star power and future basketball dominance.

But that won't stop someone on this blog from starting another "Bring Back Gerald" thread in the near future.  Guaranteed to happen.  :P

At this point, shouldn't you be ashamed if you start another Bring Back Gerald thread?

The guy is clearly not an NBA player.

What a waste of time.  Brittany Murphy could help the C's more next season than Gerald Green.

Is this big news? Did anyone here actually want him in green again?!? Please say it isn't so ... or that this is one of those reverse-irony thingies intended to fish for expleteives? ;)

LOL!! I was about to write this scathing post ridiculing the OP(though clearly staying within the rules of the blog) for clearly faulty thinking in the belief that Gerald Green would actually be on the Celtics radar.

Then I saw that the poster was Roy......

Meaning that Roy started this thread as a joke!!! ;D ;D
