I'm not sure Hayward will ever be the same again.
Why?

He just seems behind on where he should be. I know it was a bad injury but he just seems so slow

The bigs aren't doing their jobs on this road trip.

How can Robert Williams be worse than what we are seeing?

I'm not sure Hayward will ever be the same again.

It's only been a few months since he was even cleared for 5 on 5 basketball.

People seem to forget that he had a 2nd procedure that was unexpected late in the summer. Hayward will be fine. Recovery takes time.

Obviously Portland is 9-3 and is a good team in good form so I'm not expecting us to roll over them but we really need to defend with more aggression and purpose.

by fouling more.
by not switching on defense.
by not drawing the defense out from the basket.

This feels like the 1989 Pistons...had everyone back off a deep playoff run and just did not have any chemistry until they made a big trade.

Not sure when Boston is going pull out of this tailspin..but there are no real encouraging signs
