Ok I think we can put to bed this notion that we are better on Defense without IT

Defense locked in a little bit towards the end.

Cavs won't score like that all game. We are still in it, but we need someone to have an great game scoring the ball. Perhaps that's Terry tonight?

Ideally we need some game 5 Avery Bradley

Tristan is 50% ft in regular season !! Are u kidding me? He is like 90% in this series!
It's one thing to lose a regular series.

It's completely different and absolutely infuriating to watch your team miss wide open shots while the other team makes whatever they hurl up and rebounds the few shots they miss without any resistance. Oh, and a complete lack of effort on D helps too.

Shameful.

Its sad

we really are a terrible embarrassing 1 seed.

It's a cake walk for Lebron and the Cavs.

No more men in the game. Ray , Garnett and Pierce were sick , hobbled , past primes and still were able to play minutes and keep games close and winnable even in the end

Now its like recess here for some of these juggernaut teams. They don't even have to try.

it really was never like this in the past.

What happenned to the NBA?>

That's because they could always count on their D to keep things close, similar to how we were the last several years.

This team simply is defense-averse for the majority of games, even with several outstanding to elite-level individual defenders.

how is Cleveland not getting called for moving screens?   they're unbelievably blatant with it at this point

I'm not sure that I recall even one moving screen called on them this entire series, which is crazy since TT literally moves on every screen.

Horford moves at times, too, but he actually gets called for those fouls occasionally.
I'd just be happy if the refs called the ones where the Cavs player was deliberately setting a moving screen -- actually moving his feet to continue blocking the defender

We are better without him. To argue the opposite is simply stupid

Korver is a free agent for them. That's about it.  They'll probably resign him or just find another guy looking to piggy back on another championship run.

Free throws a lot easier when you're up big.

We could have used a sharpshooter like Korver...

I mean if we're going to just chuck 3s, might as well have tried to acquire Korver..

Should have called a timeout to draw up a play for a three. I know its the end of the first, but cutting into the lead would have been huge for confidence.
Hes already called two in the quarter.

The Celtics are playing the pick and roll poorly.  Jaylen and Rozier,  Kelly all need work,,,,
Kelly's defense is fake hustle on the perimeter.
