It looks like as if NBA-players consider the Clippers, Bucks and Lakers as favorites for the NBA-title.

I really dislike this buy-out market. It gives an edge to teams that have superstars on big contracts, but don't have a balanced payroll. They can just pick-up veteran role players for free, while other smaller markets/teams have to assign a bigger part of their cap for capable rotation players. The rich get richer.

Not really sold on how Jackson would help the Clippers. The guy have a low BBIQ and they already have Lou Williams off the bench.

Look, if these moves simply insure that the Lakers don't win it all, I'm ALL for it!

I don't see the fit there. Why do LAC want more shot takers? Guys will take the ball out of PG13's and Kawhi's hands?

Lou Williams is a high volume enough guard to have off the bench already. Plus they have Harrell. And are trying to fit in Marcus Morris. And now Reggie Jackson on top of it ... greed more than necessity. Might cause more problems than he solves.
I think they're worried about Beverly's health.

I think Jackson is simply insurance in case someone gets hurt,  or a body to use late in the regular season to preserve others. I do like the Morris addition a lot, because he adds more toughness to that squad and is another defender/body to throw at Lebron in the playoffs.
