His potential is actually extremely limited by being a big stiff!

I actually was surprised how well he moves, I was expecting him to be less mobile and a bigger stiff.  While. he is not fast. I was impressed how he runs the floor and the like for a guy his size.

TP. For seeing what I see.

Absolutely. He's quite a bit quicker than what people would like to believe. I see some intriguing potential in him, if he manages to improve on his FT shooting he could be a good role player with a unique skillset.

I would love it if Tacko makes the roster but it's all up to him.

Tacko has said he'd rather be a Steve Jobs than a LeBron James so that there tells you his mentality towards basketball.

Tacko measured 7'7" in shoes at the combine.  He weighs 310 lbs!  Wilt was 7'1" and 250 as a rookie!  Pretty comparable I'd say.  He runs well and is fairly agile compared to some of the past giants that have played in the league in the past.
Imo he's got a decent chance to get a 2 way with the C's after they do some tinkering with their roster.  Think he can make some real contributions to the team right away.  Good luck Tacko!

2way contract players don't make real contributions to the team unless you mean the G league team.

One of the things I noticed is that when someone posts him up down low, they can sometimes easily score a layup off of him because he's a half a step to slow.

If he can gain that half step via lateral quickness drills (if there is such a drill/skill) or something similar, he'd be awfully tough to score on.

Unless his quickness improves, I doubt he makes the team.

I would say unlikely. Though, he’d be a decent big man project. I just don’t think the Cs put a huge emphasis on those types of bigs that have very limited offensive potential.

The big problem is Ainge/Stevens don't value bigs unless they can roam the perimeter and shoot the 3. They even had Baynes shooting 3s last season.  But Ainge remembers Robert Parrish, KG and the old Celtics, and he is not averse to pushing rim protectors like Williams and Tacko on Stevens. Stevens has said he never could recruit good bigs at Butler.

My view is they'll never win anything unless they have somebody who can rebound and defend the paint.

Good coaches adjust to their personnel. They can have their systems, but sometimes they need to adjust it to accommodate their roster.  Pops had to do this with LMA.

Statistical proof that your team is much better with Taco on the court than off the court.

You mean statistical proof UCF is better with Tacko Fall on the court.

Not convinced you can say the same about a single NBA team
