Thought we could use a catch-all thread for trade deadline stuff. Include both rumors and pending/confirmed deals but please be clear which ones are just rumors, and provide sources when possible.

First up - Stein, who broke the KP trade yesterday, says Memphis and Utah are discussing a sizable deal centered on a Rubio-Conley swap. Doesn't sound imminent though.

Get him Danny!

...if it's feasible. Probably not.

Ellington would be great. We have to get rid of Bird somehow first though

Would love Ellington in Boston.  He will be a very hot commodity though and will likely choose somewhere he is guaranteed to get playing time.

if rozier is moved, he would get his playing time.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Don't think Rozier gets moved. How often does Danny do deadline deals?

I just hope it's not Ellington to Philly!  They just traded Shamet and probably are drooling over Ellington possibilities.

As the Knicks run out of time to find a trade for center Enes Kanter and his $18.6M expiring deal, discussions on a contract buyout are expected to begin as soon as the deadline passes on Thursday at 3 PM ET, league sources tell ESPN.

Ellington, Vonleh, Dedmon, Lopez or even Kanter. Would love to acquire any through the buyout market if they make it there. I could say DeAndre Jordan but I think Knicks are keeping him.

Just to further elaborate on Ellington, he was traded along with Tyler Johnson to Phoenix for Ryan Anderson and will likely be bought out.

Agreed that Ellington would give the Celts a very good scorer off the bench.

Agreed. We need a scorer and a big man to complete the puzzle and I think we are ready to compete for a championship.
Ellington and anyone of the big guys you mentioned (except maybe Vonleh, he's only 6'9) would be perfect.
