Some Celtics rookies and veterans are in town getting work in before the start of training camp.  Courtney Lee posted the following yesterday on twitter:

Today he shared a video of the dunk and it looks like it was on a rotating Fab Melo.  Enjoy!

Nice dunk!  Excited about the athleticism Lee can bring us this year.

And as someone who watched Melo his freshman year, it's crazy how much better shape he's in now.

So what?  Six inches isn't huge, it was during practice, and he didn't really dunk ON him so much as past him.

Lamer yet, he puts it on twitter.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Fab looks rock solid! He's got some upper body strength for sure.

I think Fab held off because he didn't want to knock Lee over in an off-season scrimmage as a rookie.

Fab is going to get more than his share of blocks, and he's going to make his six fouls count with some hard smacks, hopefully!

I'd love for Fab to adopt a bit of the Perk "bad guy" enforcer persona, and foul hard but clean and without apology.

KG is going to make this kid special!!!!!!

Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity...

If he had just posted the video I wouldn't have said anything, as that's a little more modest.

People were asking to see if it was actually impressive or not.  It was a good dunk but not worth bragging over.  He's talking to fans that have recently watched Tony Allen, Gerald Green, Bill Walker, Nate Robinson, etc.

By the way according to the article that was apparently Rondo guarding Courtney Lee on that play.  That was some God awful give & go defense right there, he got completely left behind on that play. :)

You're right, if it was a nationally televised scrimmage no doubt he would have had a triple double.  ;)

I don't understand your list of players down there. I have never even seen Nate rob dunk in a game lol Actually most of these players barely dunked in a game. Seen green dunk like once VS the nets and TA a few times with us.

It was according to Chris Forsberg:
Quote
Maybe more impressive is the feed from Lee's teammate, who splits a pair of defenders, including Rajon Rondo, who appears to be guarding Lee on the play.

Glad to hear (in the article) KG is getting a few extra weeks away from the court. All the rest helps at this stage of his career. And lord knows he can't hold back when he does step on that court. Guy can't help himself. Just his DNA. Any player who plays at that energy level with that amount of heart im proud to call a Celtic.
