Task at hand for rest of season: Win the 4th seed while managing Al Horford's minutes. That will be tough.  He is so important to winning games. More than Kyrie or anyone else.  Irreplacable in the lineup.

This will be a good test of where the Celtics are mentally and if that 'switch' is ready to be flipped for the playoffs. This SHOULD be a hard played game given that we're vying for homecourt advantage for the first round.

If we get lazy for a quarter or two in this game that's probably not a good sign.

Bold Prediction: Winner of tonight's game will be the 4 seed.

Yeah I know there's still another game between the two sides @IND before the season ends, but we're at a crossroads now. Win and we're tied with IND for 4 seed (and hold tiebreaker for the moment). Lose... and we're down 2 games to IND with 7 games to go (and 1 more head-to-head matchup AT Indiana) and unfortunately IND's schedule isn't as terrible to close the year. We've missed our golden chance to nab the 4 seed and now I'd say this is truly our last chance.

Or even if nobody cares about seeding, it's almost a certainty now that IND will be our first round opponent. Lets show that we can beat them and that starts tonight at home. Lose and I think even more doubts settle in about whether we'll even advance past the first round.

I think you're right.  I also think that if we get another one of those crapola performances tonight, a first round exit is not only possible - it's likely.  I'm going to be optimistic and say we don't get one.

I think this is half right. If we lose tonight, highly unlikely we win 4th seed. If Indy loses, we are tied, and anything can happen, particularly if we sit Al additional games.

Goooo! Celtics! This game is huge!
I'm pretty pumped for this one too.  Full roster, at home, playoff atmosphere.  Wife is gone for the weekend at a "women's retreat".  Bought some wings (she never eats them).  Beer selections are Corona, Newcastle and Bass.   Plus, Legal in Mass of course.  ;D

They better have this mythical switch on for tonight's game. This is a MUST WIN. I don't care if it's not a blowout, I just want a win. A grind it out win where we hold them off defensively even if we shot poorly would be great.

Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D
