I don't think Jamal Murray as that inefficient in game one. If we look only at his scoring he had 22pts on 9-24 FGA which is inefficient. However, he also had 10 assists and 0 turnovers. On the balance, when factoring in his creation for others and his ball security, I'd say Murray had a good offensive night.
