4% increase and moved from front row to second row. I'm going to flip out on my rep, who has been terrible about calling me back.

Mike

.

I'd be pretty upset.

I don't see how a ST holder with seniority gets pushed further away from the court as opposed to closer.

Where are they going to place you for the 2020/21 season? In the parking lot?

Not right.

Sadly, the renovations that they are doing took seats out of the front row, and the people next to me had more seniority. At least they moved me to an aisle.

My rep, who has become much more responsive, told me that 10% of the STMs were affected, but everyone I know with tickets seems to have been moved. We have friends who got moved from aisle seats to seats 10 and 11 in a row of 20. Bad enough, but the husband is 6’7”, so he really needed that aisle. They’re dumping their seats.

I’ve made my peace with it, but I’m still going to try and move around when the move-up period starts.

Ugh, still waiting on the upgrade period. They told me it would be the beginning of April, so I would assume that I hear something soon. I hope?

I was told early april as well. I requested specific seats since I was told by some friends they weren't renewing and my rep would do nothing for me. The same seats my last rep said I could have if they didn't renew since its lateral and not an upgrade.
My last rep would do anything for me, my new rep does nothing. Not sure if it's because she is new, the celtics are cracking down on favors, or she just has no desire to do anything for me.. either way between the team's performance, the unwarranted price increase and the STM desk having no desire to do more for their loyal customers I am regretting my auto renew.

I've got Emily. She's actually been good with my basic requests, but I get the feeling that she is overwhelmed. Who do you have?

My date is April 8, at 2pm. Limited opportunities to move up and no adding tickets (not that I want any more).

4/10 @ 10 AM. Disappointed I’m still in the lower tier with this being my 5th year

The only reason that I'm on the 8th is because my seats got moved. Otherwise, I'd be the slot right before you. I think that this is my 7th year.
