Title: Should Celtics look into Russ Smith? 60 PPG overseas

Scored record 65 in d-league last year and 81 in one game in china.

We are looking for cheap contracts... should Celtics give him a look or no?

I think he could be an interesting player to be had.  Our team would like some scoring in the second unit and he could play next too Rozier.  Personally I'd rather see us try to get Rose to come on the midlevel to lead our second unit though.

We ised the mid-level (in our case, the room exception) on Baynes.

basically, a dynamic scorer who plays good defense. but is 6' 0" and plays pretty much out of control with a boat load of bad decisions as a ball handler.
