Just saw a blurb that Camby was released by Toronto.
Does he have enough left in the tank?
What would it cost to sign him?
Can he give us quality defense and rebounding for 20 minutes a game? more?

I think he might be someone to look at depending on $, we need to true center height on roster.  And yes our roster is overflowing right now but fab melo isn't going to touch the floor this year, kelly is being moved to power forward, shav (i like), wilcox isn't a center etc

He only managed 250 minutes last year, you can't count on him being healthy. He wants to play on a contender anyways.

Would they allow walkers or even those scooters on the floor?

I think I'd rather have Melo on the floor at this point.

no thanks.  the days of filling the roster with big men that should have retired years ago has to come to an end.

Camby doesn't like Boston, at least he didn't some time ago.  I remember when he was drafted he said he was hoping he didn't get picked up by Boston.  He went to college here and the Boston media is like NY media.  They eviscerated Camby for accepting money from a sports agent and getting the program's Final Four appearance nullified by the NCAA.  I believe he did pay the money back.

Depending on the money? Is there really any doubt with what Camby will get no matter what team he goes to IF he gets picked up by a team period?

If we were running it back and kept PP and KG, I would be curious. But there's no need for him with this current roster and plan.

Height is overrated... a good 6-9 to 6-11 center is just fine. Sully will start with KO as the PF... book it! Then the fact that I'd rather have FAB starting than Camby.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)
