I agree. Tremendous article. Now I'm off to see if there's any footage on Youtube from Russel's 2nd number retirement ceremony. I need a refresher.

Thanks so much for sharing - great article and I learned a lot.  BTW, I'm not from Boston but I've been a C's fan since the '60's.
