CSN just reported that he could not untie his shoe.

Wow.  That's an interesting development.  Arm or shoulder?

Shooting elbow?

Yeah, it's the right elbow.  Tomorrow will be the key to this.  It could feel better than the clear pain he is in tonight, or it could be a lot more sore.  This has the chance to become a big story.  Usually I wouldn't wish injury on any player, and would like to beat teams at full strength.  However he got hurt hooking Ray, he is a flopper and a dirty player.  This injury is justice.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

If swelling happens, he is not going to wake up feeling like a million bucks tomorrow.

CSN just showed video of him in the sling.

Confirmed, it's his shooting elbow.  X-rays negative.  He is wearing a sling, but his arm is hanging loosely and the sling is not even all the way up on his chest.  It's almost like the sling is an after-thought.

With Hamilton, you just don't know how serious it is.  I think there is a 50% chance he will be fine for game 6.  He is the biggest injury-faker in the league.  This could be a multi-day setup.  If he plays, he will have the refs "protecting" him in game 6.  Ugh, I can't stand this guy.

Last to leave the locker room.

Arm in sling.

That's what you get for trying to choke the Jesus.

kharma baby, kharma.

i don't wish injuries on anyone either, but he definitely had it coming to him, if it's as bad as he's playing it up to be (i'm sure it isn't).

I don't care much for Rip as a player but I hope he's fine. I hate to see Deeeeetroit lose one of their best players. I wasn't able to see much of a replay at the game probably because I was too freaked out at the closeness of the game. Can anyone describe what happened?

ESPN.com's got it.  No idea how he hurt himself, but he's lucky he didn't get called for an offensive foul.  He tried to start a slap fight with Ray Allen.  Had Ray hair, I'm sure he'd have gone after that, too.

I had no idea Hamilton was a European Footballer during the off-season. Is "Eye-Poke was actually a gun shot wound" routine and "My other arm gets hurt while choking Ray Allen with the other" has kicked this years Oscar race off earlier than expected says Entertainment Weekly.
