We need a "secure ball handler" not another ok ball handler

ball handler that can score and someone able to score/defend down low.  2 of the biggest needs this team has
D'Angelo Russell seems like a fine choice.

russell is not a "secure" ball handler.     Also his lack of exceptional athleticism/quickness might make it tough for him in the NBA.    He is like a Evan Turner but with a better jump shot.

I don't know exactly what you mean by secure, but I'll take Russell Westbrook or Steph Curry and their 4 turnovers/game any day.  We need guys who can relieve defensive pressure and create offense.  Russell seems like a good candidate.  Not taking anything away from Wright.

I don't know if I'm sold on Mudiay being drafted #2 either.  I wouldn't take him at 2 based on what I've seen.
