The coaching openings are growing by the minute.  Pelicans and Wizards now, probably Atlanta after the playoffs.  Hope Brad and Wyc are on this!  hate to lose our #1 because they weren't ready.

If Nate MacMillen becomes available... should be seriously considered
Why would McMillan become available?  Hawks getting to the 2nd round and being competitive is a good result for them.

I'm speculating because he is not under contract past this year, he was hired as the interim head coach when the Hawks fired Lloyd Pierce.  I think ATL should keep him, and ultimately will, but do the also look at others before?  IDK

I don't think it is a good idea to play telephone (do kids still play this?) with cryptic tweets.  Here is the actual tweet.

"If you're a Celtics fan who loved the 2008 championship season - you're gonna wake up to quite the treat tomorrow 👀"

No mention of the coaching decision made.  Could easily be some other announcement.

Nate may want to consider other offers, especially the Celtics if they go after him aggressively. Personally, I think he is a lock to return to ATL.

My bet is on KG's uni retirement....not a new coach.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

I think he is after last night no matter how the rest of the playoffs go.

The only thing that I saw today is a ton of articles that it is the 13th anniversary of winning the 2008 championship today.  I'm sure that is all Marc D'amico meant.

A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.

Push yourself again and again. Don't give an inch until the final buzzer sounds.

Larry Bird
