The Clippers are expected to trade No. 30 in Thursday's NBA Draft to the Wizards as part of this three-team trade, sources said. Washington nets a first-rounder for aiding Porzingis opt in-and-trade.

ESPN Sources: The Celtics are working on a trade to acquire the Wizards’ Kristaps Porzingis in a three-team deal that sends Malcolm Brogdon to Clippers. LA is sending Marcus Morris, Amir Coffey and 30th pick to Washington. Sides still have more work to do an agreement.

Porzingis and Timelord as a defensive duo makes me salivate. Plus we get to move Horford to the bench, which is probably where he belongs at this point. Only concern is health.

THIS.

Horford can still be effective off the bench at his age, and his 2/20M contract for that role is still awesome. It's just tough to ask 37 year old Horford to play heavy minutes regularly like he did last season. Timelord is injury prone as is. Porzingis gives this frontcourt extra flexibility and insurance. But at his best and when healthy, the guy can easily be our 3rd best player on the team, plus he's just 27 years old.

How about an aim high version:

BOS:   Porzingis + Terrance Mann
WAS:  Gallinari + Morris
LAC:   Brogdon + #35

LAC may not be happy with this but they are getting a solid starter, perfect to play alongside Kawhi and Paul George, in return for 2 bench players.  And as I said above, WAS is getting 2 flippable players instead of getting nothing for Porzingis.

I don't think this will be their last move. Still think PP goes and probably Grant.

This is an absolute swindle if we aren't giving up any picks

According to multiple league sources, the completion of the Porzingis deal would likely mean that Grant Williams's time in Boston has come to an end.

I called it in Amir Coffey.  Only question left is if we’re sending Gallo or Muscala + Kornet:

Most likely the deal would be:

Wizards get:
Morris
Gallo
Amir Coffey

Clippers get:
Brogdan

Celtics get:
Porzingis

This is right in line with the value Dallas got for Zinger.

I think it's a fair trade for us that could work out really well.

I think the Clips would be getting the best deal.  Brogdon for guys they don't want and the #30?

I assume Kornet + Champagnie doesn't work?

Agreed. Brogdon is a winner too -- he could've gotten shipped somewhere terrible (like Washington) but instead trades JB + JT for their best comps.
