Vince Carter is the center and Tatum still won't drive.

yeah Brown and Tatum should not be settling for 3's when this Hawks lineup our there

Secret of game. Hawks don't play defense....run straight at'em

Cmon Brown. Just because you're hot on offense doesn't mean you can take defense off.

I’d rather he not pick up his third foul in the first quarter.
Take him off the court if he can't defend wideopen layups without fouling.
Wow, being the team's high scorer while being tremendously efficient, taking on the challenge of defending the much bigger John Collins and limiting him and winning the latest EC Player of the Week gets you no slack for not being your best at defense for one whole play.
He consistently has a couple of dumb defensive plays a game. But good to know Player of the Week=no criticism.

I was just going to type out that exact thing.  TP

Kanter comes in and has just dominated.

There's a huge gap between "no criticizing" and "take this player out of the game because of 1 defensive play"
I'm bitter.

Kanter has been such a steal. He's a flawed player to be sure, but he's great at his contract.

for someone who can't jump, and can't really move very fast, it is crazy how much a knack Kanter has with his timing with his shots and boards down low.

How many if those rebounds were him padding his stats, though?  ;D

Yep, put me in the 'psyched Kanter is back' club. He just saves so many possessions with easy lay-ups.

Also, I think Javonte is taking too much heat so far. Those distance 3s are not his fault and I thought he was pretty active out there on D otherwise.

Does Kanter lead the league in offensive rebounding % off his own misses. My guess is yes. He has very soft hands.
