About the only thing Brown did wrong that quarter was miss the 2 free throws. Hayward with the big 1st quarter.

They just need to start locking down the defense

Very well. Stuck to his man. Switched when necessary doing it well. Not much if any scoring by his man. Good stuff.

Yup. There was only one sequence where they played outstanding defense to get the 24-sec violation. If they play that way a bit more, Pistons will cave.

exactly.  crank up the def big time.  pistons shot 64% from the field, I doubt that lasts the whole game with a bigger effort on def.

good to see them get it together to close out the half strong but really frustrating seeing them come out half-assing it again on defense to start the second half

he's been awful shooting for a number of games now.  need him to produce something -- either some buckets or shutdown D and he's not doing either
