thankfully Rondo has hit some of those elbow jumpers or this would be looking a lot worse.

Unfortunately it's going like I imagined It could go: they're stronger and quicker, we are slow and it's tough to play offense if our talent it's not supported by legs and speed.
The Celtic in me.

I think we let the wrong "Allen" go. The one that could actually help right now is in San Antonio celebrating.

You know Tony didn't have that great a game, and the Knicks' SG is their second to last option on offense?

Our starters are GASSED. They're TOO old to handle a 9 man rotation. Pierce is front rimming, Ray is timid. They're too tired to close out the three point shooters and the Knicks haven't even started attacking the paint.
They've been off for a week.  If they're gassed they're in the wrong profession.

Man the panic in here is incredible. The Knicks have nothing to lose and are playing above their heads. Even if the Knicks win this game, this series is hardly over.

On another note, I have a very low opinion of John Hollinger...who picked the Lakers and Spurs to win today..along with the Celtics.

How much more evidence do you need about the Celtics this season? As it stands now, this team is in trouble, have been for what 30 or so games? I dunno know, this team has shown very little in 2 months.  What do you want fans to think???  I need hope,  this first half does nothing to en-still confidence

we're screwed

Not yet, we're not.  Stay calm, people.

If we are screwed when the game is not even over, then how about the Lakers and Spurs?

Glen Davis just kills everything this team does. I am done with him. He needs to move on.

This offense looks so anemic. They're driving and dishing it out to the perimeter.  ::)
