up by 1 but not a good start

No shots for Ray, the refs don't really seem to be doing calls in our favor right now, Melo was on the bench for basically the whole first quarter and we couldn't take advantage, the knicks are shooting fairly well, three treys already

Definately not the most ideal start.

Bad ending to the quarter, our D is good overall but sucks on their 3's, and I don't like letting Douglas that much open.

Our offense is a mess too!

Not sure about how I feel about this game so far.  C's unable to take advantage of a weak NY defense and no Carmelo for most of the quarter.   But, KG, PP, rondo and Baby all looked pretty good.  Ray has been barely visible.

Agreed...the Celtics looked like a team that had no idea how to handle a zone defense...like they looked legitimately confused and didn't know how to handle it.

Key to this series I think is the bench.  On paper ours is better than Knicks but ours has been lousy collectively for a long time. So as far as how much we're up or down after 1, I'm not concerned.

More concerned that Pierce starts playing some basketball and maybe boxes someone out once in awhile.
