I think it's becoming obvious that the Celtics are far and away the front runner to get Davis.  The Pelicans don't seem interested in dealing with the Lakers and it's come out that Ainge has regular conversations with the Pelicans about him.  At this point, I'd be surprised if Ainge and the Pelicans haven't already worked out a framework for a deal.  Irving isn't leaving if we get Davis.

I don't think it's as likely anymore. His dad doesn't want him here. AD sees BOS as a "rental option", and there's now a little bit more doubt about whether Kyrie stays. I remain optimistic and hopeful though.
