Sorry for the curse word.

well maybe they Smart, Tatum and Kemba should scream at each other after handing the heat the game with 14 turnovers just from those 3.  Sometimes Smart needs to shut up.

SHUT UP????? Really? Someone needs to talk...we got players making gazillion dollars and crapping the joint. I want Smart to TALK scream and yell, and I want Brad Steven to be given a REAL assistant coach if not he should be FIRED.
Someone should scream back that Smart's a really dumb offensive player that consistently shots poorly and makes stupid turnovers.

What I meant when I said Marcus should shut up was related to his play tonight.  We have no idea who is yelling at who, or what is exactly going on.  But Marcus should be pointing a big fat finger at himself for all those turnovers tonight as well.  I know he gives 100% all the time, we all know that, but he can be a hot head too.  We need leadership.  Unfortunately Tatum and Kemba are just playing terrible and I don't know how Marcus yelling at them does anything.  I hope it does something.  I wish it was Brad yelling at the guys.  Just for once Brad, throw out a profanity laced take down of the team and call them on the bs.  I guess if Smart has to do it, ok, but he should be yelling at himself too.  He was part of the problem tonight.

Perk saying “JB and JT weren’t mentally there during the game”

I have been waiting for a long time to say this.... Perk needs to really hush up.

Is his ire aimed at Tatum or Theis?  He should look in the mirror after this one.  Smart was as poor as any of them.

Shouldn't be unloading on Tatum. Tatum passed the ball very well tonight. I actually thought he was kind of passive in the 4th

but his defense is "soft"  ....  he doesn't take charges, doesn't grab offensive rebounds, doesn't dive and could box out harder

Theis is just brutal in this series.

Je-sus. What a disaster. Wish I was a fly on that wall.

Man I wish I could hear what was said too.  I am sure Brad and Danny will hear what was said.  Dunno if that matters though.

Our only hope is that Hayward returns in game 3 and he's a big enough difference for us to win 4 out of the next 5.

The Heat so far are having one of the most dominant playoff runs in history. Only 1 loss.

My theory is that the bubble has created conditions almost similar to the NFL playoffs.  The Heat are hot and geling at just the right time, and home court is not a factor that can stall their momentum.

Riles deserves EOTY for what he did with that roster over the last 2-3 years.

Perk is a great analyst. He knows this team really well. As he and others have pointed out this game was lost before halftime. They had a great opportunity to go up 20+. Then Marcus and Theis and others started jacking up crazy shots. 37 to 17 in the 3rd quarter. That is the definition of dysfunction, Guess not surprising they are losing it in the locker room. This team is not the Kyrie team of last year, but they are clearly not a "team" like the Heat. Really disappointed to say that. This should have been a great series. Dang.

Sorry for the curse word.

apparently they are still fighting as per Washburn

Its because you have a 17 point lead.  And even 5 point lead with 3min and change to go.  And as Heat raise the temp,  Celts buckle on both ends

Its disgusting

This is good I don’t mind this. No matter what level of sport we played we’ve all been there frustrated after losses, he’ll we’re doing it as fans

They should have been mad and yelling at halftime and during the 3rd quarter. Bit late now but I want them fired up

Yeah I don't mind it either, even if Smart didn't play particularly well this game.  He makes bad decisions at times, but I never have to question his effort.  I'm not giving him a pass, but if someone is going to yell at other people it should be Smart.  Kind of like when KG used to yell at people.  A few years back Draymond Green went on a halftime tirade in the locker room in a playoff game.  It's fine.

Stevens has lost this team.
if he hasn't yet, I think he just might if the team gets punched out in 4-5 games.  he's definitely losing the fanbase.  people who would normally put the bulk of the blame for poor performance on the players are now allocating a larger portion towards Brad and personally I think that's warranted since Nurse and now Spoelstra have grossly outcoached him in these playoffs

Been outside a bunch of locker rooms in my days. That’s was as raucous as I’ve ever heard. #Celtics

Brad is losing this team. Can only be that passive and ineffective for so long before they turn on you. He's failing our guys.

The thing about Theis is the same as the rest of our bigs ... they are all too situational.  We don't have a single guy who doesn't have really major flaws that can severely limit his impact depending on matchups.

Top 4-5 players on the team are nice but the supporting cast is not deep enough or versatile enough.  I don't think this is much more complicated than that.

Not to say they're maximizing what they have, but I don't think they have the pieces to hang with this Heat team.

He was super passive at points (gee, maybe bc people jumped off buildings over his shot selection last game...) I think he's in his own head a bit.
