The Miami heat are really really good.  So far that is all I know with any real conviction.

I learned that until Doc learns to play to our strengths (pun intended), we're not going anywhere.

No reason to play small ball against Miami (even though Barbosa going nuts helped a lot at the end), we should use power, and Doc shied away from it for no apparent reason.

Our perimeter defense doesn't work if we don't have a solid anchor in the middle, and all our defensive problems stemmed from there.

The offense did look really good tonight.  Easily went over 100pts.

The offense could be even more lethal if we can play defense for any stretch.  Our fast break off of rebounds/turnovers looked sick tonight.

The Celtics still need to find a consistent low post threat.

The team defense needs work and time.

The team either has to play a lot better or start looking to make changes.

You're mentioning changes and the season is 48 minutes deep lol
*CB Miami Heat*
Kyle Lowry, Dwayne Wade, 13th pick in even numbered rounds, 18th pick in odd numbered rounds.

Jeff Green and Terry are very questionable on Defense

Yes.

If this team is not capable playing better against Miami and this team wants to compete for a title, change might have to take place.

Of course one game can not tell you that.

The Heat are still better than us. we should be killer against the rest of the league especially if the d improves. thats it.

Jeff was a joke tonight. Disheartening to see after that preseason.

1)Rondo needs to just play and stop over-thinking the game. He is too Meticulous controlling every aspect of the offense. Sometimes you just need to play ball freely.

2)Small can go to hell. Jeff Green is a 3 period. Doc says Celtics invited small ball. I'd like to see him reassess  that statement. You can't out-small ball Miami Heat. I'd like to see Rondo, Pierce, Green, KG, and Darko lineup.

3)Defense, Defense, Defense......

-The talent is there they just need some time to gel and get it together.
-They need to work on their defense...really bad (120 point allowed is just horrible)
-Barbosa is better than I thought
-Jeff needs to come out and play because I know he can do it.
-Rondo is NOT the leader of this team yet (that Wade foul was really wrong and at the wrong time)and I bet he can't stand the mess out of Wade even off the court.
-Miami's really good

Overall surprisingly I'm not mad. I won't doubt this team and act like the sky is falling after one game. I think once Bradley comes back and this team gels they can be a really good team.

Just frustrating to see him with Ray guarding him multiple times and no one even looking to exploit that.

i am sure that will be looked at. did green struggle? yes...but i am cutting him some slack. now if this becomes a habit...then yes...
