Comcast Sportsnet signal on Dish

Has anyone else that's not in MA had a problems with Comcast Sportsnet New England's signal lately through their satellite provider?  In the past few weeks on Dish Network, they've had horrible pixelation no matter what time of day I tune in.

What I'm worried about is if this keeps up and on NBA League Pass I'm going to have a poor signal.

Also, when the games are in HD on Comcast, are they also in HD on NBA League Pass?  

I appreciate any feedback on those 2 questions.  Thanks.

i have had directv for the last few yrs and never once had an issue

This has just started happening in the last two weeks or so.  Wondering if anybody else has seen it happening.  It's only that channel too.
