Getting on the same Page

I know its early yet,but the second unit need to get on the same page with who is running the offense when Ray,Tony and House is on the court together.Tony has a one track mind so far"attack the rack".I can see going to the hole,but there are some instances he need to kick it out to Ray or House.He doesn't spend much time on trying to involve his teammates into the offense therefore there is not much rhythm or chemistry being created.Last night they were able to get away with it but it will catch up on them sooner than later.
