I agree that CBS develops guy. He can develop players to go from decent to good players. The tougher part is to get them from being good players to great players. There seems to be a ceiling with CBS coached teams. He can get us to the ECF but can he get us to the Finals?
Its perplexing to me that Tacko cant play on this team..its stunning. CBS needs to hire a big man coach to work with bigs because he doesn't value big men in his game planning. Big men have value and not everyone has to be able to shoot a 3 or handle the ball. Tacko brings tangible skills that can turn a game, a possession and sometimes as we're seeing the past 2 weeks, one possession could change the game. I rarely ever see CBS switch guys on FTs to make sure you have bigs to get a rebound and on the next dead ball sub them out if you want more offense. It's small stuff like that that is missing.
