He said during the broadcast he is going to take a year off to travel all over the world, but then he said a decision is going to come Tuesday.

Maybe teams would be more likely to offer Starbury a contract if, you know, there was ever any evidence of him working on his game.  There's only so much sitting in front of a computer screen is going to improve your basketball ability.  (If it did, I'd be Michael Jordan. ;))
