I've been saying this for years. Not interested in waiting years for him to break Schulas record. Should we fire the grumpy old guy sometime this year.

Sure, though I'm not sure how much it makes sense to put Mayo in there to collect a ton of losses this year with guys that might not be on the squad next year. Let Bill eat the terrible record and start fresh with a new qb, coach, and outlook.

I don't think Bill gets fired per se, but I'd put it at like 90% he isn't the coach to start next year without some drastic changes the rest of this year.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Keep Bill with the promise he can coach next year.  He should be allowed to tank.  He should step down as GM though.

Belichick the GM and Belichick the coach should step down.

His GM blunders made the roster problematic. His coaching...well, post-Brady hasn't been well. Even pre-Brady his record was pretty substandard. A good defensive coach sure but seems like the team is tuning him out.

Fire him!

Bill has always put his ego before the team’s well being.

Bench Malcolm Butler at all costs, even a Super Bowl title.

Stick with an unathletic, too short, weak-armed, no poise, bad judgment quarterback at all costs, because you can’t possibly make a mistake at #15 in the first round in the draft.

Give it up, Bill! You had a lot of great years! Thanks, and time to go…and take your goofy, no talent son with you!

Keep him till the end of the season to make sure we lose every game till then. Then I would look to part ways. I think he's lost the team, they're not responding to him anymore.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Shula was my favorite football coach of all  time

YES ,   Fire Bill ASAP

Ps …..I was around when Pats were the joke of the NFL.  Browns were better …and now You had best QB of all time and won many championships. Best team ever ?

Get real young kids , and used to it Pats football might never return to level of Tom Brady glory years. ..it might take 75 years and still only be one flash in the pan championship comes your way .

Next ring could be 25 years away …..ask a Dolphin fan …..winning was ancient history , it’s hard to remember the glory years.
