Good maybe a few early easy field goals will get Gordon going.

Really struggling defending that Lillard/Nurkic PnR.

It's all dunks for Portland.

Maybe Robert Williams could bring a different look....

well, I suppose it could be worse.  Portland's not making mistakes.  they'll come back to earth - C's need to keep it close to take advantage

The usual start. Let’s see if we can stay within 15.

This looks familiar.  Opponents are scoring in the paint while we're relying on jumpers.

Good steal and pass from KI, but this defence has been poor so far. Besides that ridiculous Dame 30 footer and a few lucky fouls, we've let them get whatever

I'm genuinely beginning to dislike this team.  Not only did they not get the rebound off of that free throw, the ball actually hit the floor first.  This team is soft as all hell.

How about a timeout Brad?  We're bad at both ends of the floor.

Brad doesn't believe in non-tv timeouts or calling timeouts that don't require a masterful ATO play afterwards.

more to the point, celtics playing soft on defense. celtics have taken more shots close to the basket than portland. so that is not the story so far.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Al Horford is simply not enough inside against the big 270lb+ bigs like Nurkic

Interesting - Al got pulled early. Between that and him on the bench in crunch time in Utah, it makes you wonder if that's a bit of a message to him for his lackluster play early in the year thus far.
