if you go to "find people" and type in people's real names, you can usually find their "true" accounts by the amount of followers they have and that is how they are listed after the search.

He updates what seems like every 45 seconds, and his posts rarely make sense or resemble cogent human thoughts.  His comparison of Micheal Jackson's death to 9/11 was beyond explanation.
